MGM Mechanical completed mechanical renovations for the RJH Renal Department redevelopment at Royal Jubilee Hospital, including upgrades to plumbing, HVAC, medical support spaces, and associated mechanical infrastructure throughout the treatment and technical laboratory areas. The project involved detailed coordination within an active healthcare environment, including phased demolition, new mechanical installations, and integration with existing hospital systems.
The scope included patient treatment areas, isolation rooms, nurse training and bio-med spaces, water delivery systems, sanitary and drainage infrastructure, ventilation modifications, and specialized plumbing systems designed to support healthcare operations and long-term facility performance.
