Sunset Senior Community Centre
MGM Mechanical completed the mechanical scope for the new Sunset Seniors Centre, including all-electric HVAC with air-source heat pumps and associated plumbing systems. The 11,000 sq. ft. addition was designed to meet Passive House standards while integrating with the existing operational community centre.
