Renovations to the second floor of this B.C. government leased space, as well as installation of new heating boxes on the first and second floor, currently occupied by the Ministry of Finance. The work on this project involved close co-ordination with the end-user to ensure minimal disruption to their occupied work space. It should be noted that the Mechanical Room was a work of art and the guys devised a very intelligent system to safely lift the heavy valves into place.
