Lum Sam & Lee Chong Condos
MGM was the mechanical contractor for this heritage restoration project. Working with Campbell construction, our crew helped in creating 25 modern, loft condos, as well as 3 commercial units in the heart of Chinatown. An interesting fact is that the façade for Lum Sam features both Italianate and Gothic influences derived from Chinoiserie design.
