MGM is the prime contractor for this small heating upgrade. This encompasses an addition of a heat pump and heat-reclaim loop to supply heat to 2 unit heaters, within the tennis bubble. Reclaimed exhaust air from the swimming pool will be used to pre-heat the hydronic loop.
